Feb. 2022 Mercosur Regulations Update
On Feb. 25, 2022, URY GVT issued decree 72/022 updating resolution 02/20 of Aug. 2020 of the Mercosur common market group, to declare it applicable in domestic law.
Also adopts Mercosur technical regs re pre-measured products per decree 249/003.
Decree 72/022 shall govern as of its publication in the official gazette.

May 20, 2022 Mercosur Procurement Protocol
On May 20, 2022, URY GVT released approval of Mercosur public procurement protocol
Protocol applies to public procurement carried out by the entities listed in Annex I.
Additionally, the protocol applies to acquisition of goods and services listed in Annex II, Goods, and Annex III, Services, as well as Annex IV, Construction services.
The value of said goods or services is equal to or more than to thresholds established in Annex V, Thresholds without prejudice to the provisions in Annex VI General notes.

May 27, 2022 Tariffs Decrees
