Loan Eligibility
Reported loans are available in primary Tehama county in California and neighboring California counties Butte, Glenn, Mendocino, Plumas, Shasta and Trinity.
Small nonfarm businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations may qualify for loans to $2mn.
Eligibility is based on financial impact of disaster only, not on actual property damage.
Help meet obligations, operating expenses which may have been met if no disaster.
Businesses engaged in farming or ranching are not eligible for SBA disaster assistance.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting completed EIDL applications to the SBA is May 29, 2024.
