Eligible Counties
Loans available in primary Arizona counties Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima and Santa Cruz; neighboring AZ counties Apache, Gila, Maricopa, Navajo, Pinal and Yuma.
Also available in neighboring New Mexico counties: Catron, Grant and Hidalgo.
Eligibility
Covers economic impacts on businesses dependent on farmers and ranchers who suffered agricultural production losses and businesses directly impacted by disaster.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, aquaculture businesses and most private nonprofits of any size qualify for loans up to $2mn for financial obligations.
Businesses primarily engaged in farming/ranching not eligible for disaster assistance.
Eligibility is based on the financial impact to the business and not property damage.
Application Deadline
The deadline for small businesses to submit applications for EIDLs is May 28, 2024.
