Authorizes the delivery of notices for to portable electronics insurance by email.
Portable electronics insurers are required to cease delivering by email any notice or other document and deliver it by another delivery method under certain conditions.
If insurer attempts to deliver by email a notice or document and has a reasonable basis to believe that the notice or document was not received by enrolled customer.
Or, if the insurer becomes aware that the email address provided is no longer valid.
