On Apr. 4, FIN MoJ issued request for opinion on statute book refs.
FIN MoJ prepared a draft decree on references in the statute book of Finland and in the collections of regulations, which would repeal the current decree 1198/2010.
Overview
Proposed regulation is based on a change in publication practice of EU official journal and the practice of identifying EU acts, and in citing national parliamentary documents.
Aim to make reference entries in line with current practice, in accordance with decree.
The project will also examine any other needs to update decree 1198/2010.
Effectiveness
Comments on the draft decree should be submitted by May 23, 2025 at 4.15pm.
