ARK LEG enacted bill HB 1454 amending ARK LEG 20-38-101, ARK LEG 20-38-103(a)(1), ARK LEG 20-38-103(a)(2), ARK LEG 20-38-103(b) (conditional employment).
Also amends ARK LEG 20-38-103(c)(2)(B)(iii), ARK LEG 20-38-103(d), ARK LEG 20-38-103(e), ARK LEG 20-38-105(a), ARK LEG 20-38-105(d)(3), ARK LEG 20-38-105(e).
