PAN CB issued Circular SBP-DR-FID-CIRCULAR-2026-0105 addressed to the general managers of trust companies, granting a temporary extension for regulatory reporting.
Temporary Extension
The extension was granted in response to the impact of the strong earthquake in Panama and reviewed the reporting requirements.
Trust companies now have until Oct. 21, 2026 to send the information required.
