On Jun. 4, 2025, EUREX Clear issued Circular 046/25 Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, on various changes applicable from Aug. 1, 2025.
Circular contains information with respect to the Partnership Program and introduces amendments to the Clearing Conditions, specifically the introduction of a Credit Sub-Committee that will govern aspects of the Partnership Program related to Credit ETD.
The Partnership Program is extended to Credit Index Derivatives (Credit ETD), and Program components related to Credit ETD will be governed by a new governing body.
To reflect the changes, some of the various Clearing Conditions provisions will be amended as outlined in Attachment - Chapter I Part 1 Numbers 1.18.1, 1.19 and 17.6.
The various changes provided for regarding Chapter I are in force from Aug. 1, 2025.
Eurex, EUREX Clear expanded its Partnership Program to include Credit Index (Credit) derivatives; published information on the program and the registration process.
Design of the program extension is complementary to the STIR and OTC interest rate derivatives segments; clients interested to receive the complete information package about the program can complete the enrolment form which is available here.
Effectiveness
Measurement for the Credit Partnership Program will commence on Aug. 1, 2025.
