Applies to covered post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) conditions due to trauma.
Data Call
AWA requires INS Commissioner submit an annual report on use of benefits no later than Jul. 1, 2025, and annually, and as such, needs carriers to submit certain data.
Coverage includes lump-sum critical illness insurance and disability income insurance covering employee or volunteer first responders working/affiliated with a public entity.
Carriers must include name, title, e-mail, phone number of contact person responsible for the data submission, company name, NAIC code, cover letter, data call template.
Effectiveness
Carriers subject to request must submit the information to GA INS by May 15, 2025.
