The amended Act includes recording devices for identifying the cause of accidents as a type of device for which the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may recommend a discount on automobile insurance premiums to insurance companies.
Thus, the type of such recording devices will be specified in the Enforcement decree.
Effectiveness
Comments shall be submitted by May 7 for planned effectiveness from Jun. 4, 2025.
