BRZ Tax Solutions Project Taxpayers
On Oct. 1, BRZ Tax established special tax services agency project.
- BRZ Tax published Ordinance 466 re the establishment of RFB solutions project.
- The objective is to promote and facilitate the dialogue between BRZ Tax and society.
- Highlights
- Participants may be national confederations, trade unions; and national class entities.
- The matters to be discussed must be included in the Request for Revenue Resolution.
- Application must contain description of demand, relevant areas, and proposed solution.
- The applicant may request an in-person or virtual meeting, which may be waived.
- Area requested within the scope must respond within 90 days, from receipt request.
- Effectiveness
- Ordinance 466 shall come into force 30 days after its official publication.
