The regulation create CMF Supervisa, which from May 1 of 2025 will be the new channel for receiving and sending information between CMF and the audited entities.

This channel includes a new access through the CMF website, which will initially keep the applications and modules for filing information currently used by those supervised.
Currently, there are two channels for receiving and sending information for persons and entities subject to the supervision of the CMF: the SEIL system and Extranet.
Online Information Submission System (SEIL) is used by entities in the securities and insurance market; and Extranet used mainly by banks and financial institutions.
It replaces the SEIL and the access interface to the various modules of the Extranet.
The regulations establish a single channel for sending information to CHL CMF.
The objectives is to facilitate compliance with information reporting requirements.
Effectiveness
Regulations in new Resolution 6731 will come into force on May 1, 2025.
