MLY DP, in collaboration with Futurise Sdn Bhd, proposed three new guidelines to provide clear guidance to organizations on personal data processing aspects.
Aim to ensure balance between digital innovation and protection of data subjects' rights regarding their personal data, in line with the Personal data protection act 2010.
Development supports efforts to strengthen personal data protection mechanisms and enhance the effectiveness of data protection policy implementation in Malaysia.
