Main Points
The updated forms concern the declaration of excise duty increases on electricity, coal and natural gas; social security contributions re sports betting and online gambling.
The tax on capital reductions by cancellation of shares repurchased by companies whose turnover exceeds €1 bn; the annual incentive tax re acquisition of low-emission light vehicles for rental companies for cessations of activity after Mar. 1, 2025.
Effectiveness
Affected users by these taxes will therefore have to wait until Jul. 7, 2025 to file their Jul. declarations for the month of Jun., expected between Jul. 15-Jul. 24, 2025.
