PHI INS issued an advisory, of Sep. 20, re the submission of applications for renewal of licenses expiring on Dec. 31, 2024, for all regulated entities, as well as individuals.
Entities, individuals are encouraged to submit their renewal applications no later than Nov. 13, 2024; submission of renewal application does not grant authority or a license.
