GA INS State-Based Exchange for 2024

  • On Aug. 14, 2024, GA INS reported that the CMS confirmed approval for Georgia to transition to a State-based Exchange (SBE), otherwise known as Georgia Access.
  • Georgia Access to go live as the official health insurance marketplace on Nov. 1, 2024.
