On Nov. 4, 2025, MarketAxess Europe MTF issued updated EUMarketAxess NL B.V. MTF Rulebook and UK MTF rulebook, both of which come into force on Dec. 1, 2025.
On Jan. 8, MarketAxess issued new rulebooks for Europe and NL B.V.
MarketAxess and MarketAxess Europe MTF published renamed MTF Rulebooks for what were previously UK and EU Rulebooks, that have been the subject of changed names.
On Dec. 7, 2023, MarketAxess and MarketAxess Europe MTF published two updated versions of the UK and EU rulebooks in response to corporate changes at the firm.
The UK version of the rulebook is now renamed MarketAxess Europe Limited MTF Rulebook and the EU version is renamed as the MarketAxess NL B.V. MTF Rulebook.
This reflects the changes made in terms of naming on the MarketAxess MTF website.
Apart from that, the rulebooks are the same as those as amended on Dec. 7, 2023.
Effectiveness
The revisions to both these market rulebooks all come into effect as from Jan. 1, 2024.
May 2025 Updated Rulebooks
On May 9, 2025, MarketAxess published updated versions of the UK and EU MTF rulebooks in order to add RFQ-hub segment and related amendments.
The updated versions are effective from Jun. 11, 2025.
