On Jul. 10, POL GVT amended the financial instruments' trading act.
POL GVT published Act of Jun. 24, 2025 amending the Act of Jul. 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, (OG 2024, items 722 and 1863, OG 2025, items 146, 820).
In the exceptions under art 19, para 1, pt 2, the text aa is added re threshold of gross proceeds for the issuers after a public offer of securities; addition of paras 1a and 1b.
Re amounts expressed in euro that shall be understood as the equivalent of this amount expressed in Polish currency, determined by the average euro exchange rate.
Announced by POL CB on the date of setting the issue or selling price of the securities.
Effectiveness
The Act enters into force 14 days after its publication, on Jul. 24, 2025.
