UKRN CB announced deadline for banks to submit questionnaires of owners of significant participation, managers and key persons of banks in view of expansion of the list of signs of impeccable business reputation of legal entities and individuals.

Summary
The decision to postpone the deadline was made based on the results of discussions with the banking community and corresponding appeal of the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine, Forum of leading global financial institutions and individual banks.
The new term will contribute to ensuring timely submission of questionnaires by banks to UKRN CB of managers, key persons and owners of significant participation in banks.
This accounts for the volume of information that banks must receive and process, and taking necessary preventive measures to ensure compliance with requirements.
Effectiveness
The changes were approved by res 76 , which will enter into force on Jun. 29, 2024 and the deadline to submit questionnaires is extended until Nov. 4, 2024.
