PAK CB digitized end-to-end process of receiving requests, proposals from regulated entities (REs), issuing regulatory decisions through regulatory approval system (RAS).
Also established a service desk system, an end-to-end complaint management portal, to resolve REs' concerns regarding PAK CB hosted portals, including RAS.
Transition
To enhance security, PAK CB will shift RAS and service desk from web-based access to VPN-based access, requiring REs to procure multifactor authentication (MFA) licenses.
REs should promptly acquire MFA accounts for a smooth transition and compliance.
Effectiveness
The transition will be effective from May 30, 2025.
