Overview
The Order was issued pursuant to art 4, part 2, items 3 and 6 of art 2 of Law XIII-1120 on Electronic Identification and Trust Assurance Services, as amended.
Order approves the methodology for assessing the level of security assurance of electronic identification means suitable for provision of electronic services.
Effectiveness
The Order was set to enter into force on Feb. 24, 2025, but the date was changed to Jun. 2, 2025 by Order T-23 (2025) of Feb. 20, 2025.
