Eligibility
California counties of Kern, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura are eligible.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, most private nonprofits may qualify for Economic Injury Disaster Loans.
EIDLs of up to $2 million are available to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by the victims had the disaster not occurred.
Loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills.
Eligibility based on financial impact of disaster only, not on actual property damage.
Application Deadline
Completed applications for EIDLs must be submitted to SBA by Jun. 6, 2025.
