Add info required determine proper licensure, qualification of professional corporation or shareholders when filing articles of incorporation, a foreign registration statement.
Filing that provides principal office address information must comply with certain info; listed filings SoS may refuse file for noncompliant principal office address information.
Described requirements for registered agent, governing person, acceptance of foreign certificates of existence, allowable filings for inactive entities, fees for different filings.
Effectiveness
Rule becomes effective 30 days after filing with the publisher, Jul. 17, 2025.
