Bill Provisions
Requires the creation of a poster regarding veterans’ benefits and services.
Requires the Department of Labor and Licensing and Department of Veterans Affairs must create and distribute a veterans’ benefits and services poster to employers.
Poster must include information on contact and website details for VA programs and services; substance abuse and mental health treatment options; tax benefits.
Also educational/workforce/training resources; veteran designation on driver’s licenses or ID cards; unemployment insurance eligibility; legal services; veteran crisis line.
Employers with 50 or more full-time employees required to visibly display the poster.
