Thai Tax reminded businesses to submit PND 50, 52, 55 for corporation income tax.
PND 50, 52 and 55 for accounting period starting from Jan. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024, should be submitted within 150 days from accounting period end, i.e., May 30, 2025.
For those submitting online, there will be an 8-day extension until Jun. 9, 2025.
Those who submit late may be subject to fines as well as have additional tax levied.
