JPN JAFIC proposed a cabinet order which partially amends the Order for enforcement of the act on prevention of transfer of criminal proceeds (Order EAPTCP).
Overview of Proposed Revisions
As the departure restriction system was established by revised Criminal procedure act, the agency work of paying a return bond is excluded from services for which judicial scriveners must confirm personal identity, due to a low risk of money laundering.
