UK GVT Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC) issued consultation and questionnaire on further changes to Employment Tribunal Rules (StIn 2024/1155) in England and Wales.

Further Changes
Changes to Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, based on requests by Employment Tribunal Presidents, either updating rules to reflect more accurately current practice in tribunals, or allowing tribunals to work more effectively.
Regarding provisions on dispute resolution appointments, grounds for claim and response, replying to an employer's contract claim, applications for case management orders, publication of reconsideration decisions.
Effectiveness
Completed questionnaire must be submitted by May 19, 2025.
