On Aug. 16, ASX said Austraclear service release scheduled to go live.
ASX said Austraclear service release 18 (SR18) is scheduled to go live on Nov. 18.
Follows ASX Apr. 2024 reported on Austraclear service release 17, see #208973.
Overview of Release
Incorporates SWIFT standard ISO 20022 for categories 1, 2, 9 messages categories.
Participants must download updated Austraclear GUI, new common gateway GUI v. 6.19.0 will replace v. 6.17.0, while weblauncher v.2.24.0 remains unchanged.
Introduces new status code, 128F - not applicable, applicable in cases such as non-resident issuers where notes are not attributed to a permanent establishment.
Increases holiday calendars from 4 to 8 for International Securities Identification Number (ISINs); discontinues old formats, standardizing on CSV and PDF for reports.
Effectiveness
Austraclear SR18 will be implemented on Nov. 16, 2024 and go live on Nov. 18, 2024.
