On May 2, 2025, UK Export publishednotice to exporters 2025/13: the export control (amendment) regulations 2025, which has also been added to the collection.
Export control (amendment) regulations 2025 amend the Export control order 2008 and Reg 428/2009 setting up a community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (recast) (assimilated dual-use reg).
The regulations will come into force on May 20, 2025.
