On Dec. 15, UK Treasury amended license on charities and trustees.

  • UK OFSI amended general license INT/2022/1834876 on charities and trustees to permit activity that would otherwise breach the prohibitions in reg. 17A of Russia regs.
  • General license allows interim managers and trustees to act as receiver(s) and manager(s) in respect of the property and affairs of a charity, issued on May 30, 2022.
  • Follows UK OFSI May 2022 issued license re charities/interim managers, see #139137.
  • Effectiveness
  • General license INT/2022/1834876 expires at 23:59 on May 30, 2025.
