PHI INS reminded all PHI INS-regulated entities (ICREs) that they are required to submit the annual corporate governance report (ACGR) for the calendar year 2024.
Entities must submit two physical copies of the fully accomplished and notarized ACGR.
Failure to meet submission deadline may result in imposition of appropriate penalties.
