The steps Regulated Entities have to follow, for successful submission of Form to TRS system, are provided and Entities are responsible for ensuring they get a feedback file.
The feedback file will either contain a NO ERROR indication or, in case that an error(s) has occurred during submission, the description of the error(s), so action can be taken.
Failure to promptly and duly comply with the above, may bear the administrative penalties allowed within section 37(5) of the CySEC Law, and it should be noted that CYP SEC will not send any reminders to those who fail to promptly and duly comply.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via the TRS, by Jul. 30, 2025.
On Dec. 30, CYP SEC issued QST-MC form v22 for regulation entities.

Upon submission, regulated entities are responsible to ensure they receive feedback file, i.e. official submission confirmation dispatched by TRS in the Outgoing directory.
Form successfully submitted to CYP SEC only when NO ERROR feedback file received.
Form must be completed in English, report data in euro rounded to nearest unit.
Effectiveness
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC’s Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Jan. 31, 2025; failure to promptly comply will bear administrative penalties; CYP SEC will not send reminders to those who fail to comply promptly.

On Mar. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular E693 containing form QST-MC version 23.
Form must be completed/submitted to CYP SEC by all Regulated Entities authorized or appointed to act as External Managers by Mar. 31, 2025 including those authorized or appointed as such by Mar. 31, 2025, but have not made use of their authorization.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via TRS by Apr. 30, 2025.
Queries on the completion of Form QST-MC must be submitted before Apr. 25, 2025.
