Per 50 USC 1622(d), national emergencies automatically terminate unless 90 days prior, the President publishes in federal register/notifies Congress of intent to extend.
Notice was published in federal register to extend Iran's national emergency for one year, due to its threat to the national security, foreign policy and US economy.
