Annual premium rate increase limited to rate no greater than medical inflation, relative to Maximum Colorado Option Standardized Plan Premium of the previous benefit year.
Revised calculation for Colorado option standardized plan cost-sharing reduction load.
For premium rates applicable in 2026 or any subsequent year, carriers will notify the Commissioner by Mar. 1 of the preceding year whether plan will comply with required premium rate reductions per COL INS 10-16-1305(2), and calculated per this rule.
