ARG CB issued Circular CONAU 1-1676, Communication A 8240 refering to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) survey on foreign exchange and OTC derivatives.
Circular pertains to reporting requirement related to forex and OTC derivatives.
Survey Requirement
Financial entities that are identified in the Annex to Circular hereto must submit information on their foreign exchange operations and activity in the currency market.
This is responsive to survey for BIS statistics on foreign exchange and OTC derivatives.
The lists of entities that must complete one or more of the survey were prepared based on their participation in the market of foreign exchange and OTC derivatives.
The survey must be completed with information indicated and corresponding to the periods and by the due dates set forth in the Circular, as well as in manner therein.
Effectiveness
This survey studies Apr. 2025 and the submission deadline is Jun. 5, 2025.
