NOR GVT published regulation FOR-2025-06-27-1479 which amends the regulations on property registration and regulations on the disclosure, reuse and other processing of information from the land register (self-registration of information in land register).
Changes introduced to regulation FOR-2009-06-26-864, relating to cadastral register.
Includes provisions on Self-registration of information in the land register.
Form and procedure for requests for completion under S. 27, para 2, of Cadastral Act.
Correction due to changed information about municipal boundaries or national borders.
Keeping information about registered owners, registered parties and contact persons.
Effectiveness
The regulations apply from Aug. 1, 2025.
