RUS PRL proposed billamending art 846 of part 2 of the Civil Code - clarification of the terms of concluding a bank account agreement with minors aged 14 to 18 years.
Proposals
The bill proposes to prohibit banks from concluding any contracts with minors aged 14 to 18 years without the written consent of their parents or other legal representatives.
Currently, teenagers from the age of 14 can independently open a bank account.
