RUS GVT published law 335-FZon amendments to art 102 of the tax code to clarify effect of provision on tax secrecy and requirements for information storage.
The law clarifies access tax secrecy information, responsibility for loss of documents containing the specified information, or for the disclosure of such information.
Effectiveness
The law enters into force on Oct. 31, 2024 (one month after official publication).
