TUR SEDDK announced the publication of circular 2025/15 which amends circular 2023/31 on compulsory liability insurance premiums for motor vehicles on highways.
Follows TUR SEDDK Dec. 2023 issued cir 2023/31 on motor vehicles, see #193298.
Summary
Article 1 of circular 2023/31 has been amended relating to the maximum premiums.
Max premiums according to vehicle group/type of use increased by 903 for Jun. 2025.
For taxi, minibus (10-17 seats including driver), bus (18-30 seats including driver) and coach (31 or more seats including driver) an additional 902 will be added to the rate.
Effectiveness
This circular enters into force on date of publication, effective as of Jun. 1, 2025.
