Eurex and GE DBoerse released Circular 026/26, and Circular 018/2026 respectively entitled Announcement of T7 Release 15.0, providing details of dates and actions.
Release Overview
Plans are to introduce T7 Release 15.0 on Nov. 9, 2026 with the Simulation period for T7 Release 15.0 planned to start on Aug. 31, 2026, the circulars providing T7 Trading Participants with the T7 Release 15.0 timeline as well as the communication calendar.
Enhancements in T7 Release 15.0, are Xetra Midpoint enhancements, and Sponsored Access Stop Trading Functionality and the Improvements of the Enhanced Drop Copy Interface (EDCI), Off Book Usability Features, plus Flex Instruments for Eurex EnLight.
Trading Participants are requested to initiate the preparatory steps to ensure software readiness for the T7 Release 15.0 on Nov. 9, 2026, as with other previous releases.
The Communication Calendars list important dates on which documents for T7 Release 15.0 will be published, including existing documents to be revised for T7 Release 15.0.
Both Eurex and GE Dboerse have provided these as attachments to their Circulars.
All of the detailed preliminary Release Notes listing the functional and various technical enhancements that will be available in T7 Release 15.0, will be provided in Jun. 2026.
Eurex and GE Dboerse will provide dedicated Release Simulation environment to give Trading Participants and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) opportunity to perform comprehensive testing of their trading applications, independent of the T7 Production.
In addition to T7 Release Simulation, Trading Participants can use T7 Cloud Simulation to allow Trading Participants and ISVs to test T7 Production and Simulation software.

Jun. 2026 T7 Release 15.0 Requirements
On Jun. 16, 2026, Eurex and GE DBoerse published Circulars 037/26 and 027/2026 respectively re MiFID II/MiFIR order flagging requirements related to T7 Release 15.0.
Specifically, changes have been made to the Algo ID solution, the Common Upload Engine (CUE) validations for Short Code ID and Algo ID uploads, among other things.
This includes the changes enhancing the Short Code ID and Algo ID error reports, which will be introduced with T7 Release 15.0 on Nov. 9, 2026.
In addition to these changes, trading participants have been informed by the circulars to include submission of information on substantial updates to their trading algorithms.
This includes the annual submission of test documentation on the means of testing.
The reports will be available in the simulation environment beginning Aug. 29, 2026.
In addition, the information as set out is also required for new trading algorithms.
