On Apr. 28, SWE FI said follows ESAs guidelines on estimating costs.
SWE FI follows guidelines re estimating costs caused by serious ICT event JC 2024 34.
The guidelines are based on art 11.11 of DORA regarding estimation of total annual costs and losses referred to in art 11.10 of DORA.
Per art 11.10 financial entities other than micro-enterprises must provide, upon request, to competent authorities estimate of total annual costs and losses caused by serious ICT-related incidents; guidelines also include template for submitting said total.
Effectiveness
The guidelines apply from May 19, 2025.
