DEN GVT Courts Authority issued draft executive order on simplified debt collection process per chapter 22, Greenland administration of justice act.
Draft Order
Section 1, Act No. 342 of Apr. 3, 2025 amending the Greenland Administration of Justice Act introduces rules on payment demands in Greenland.
New provision, Section 263 b, subsection 3 provides that the Courts Authority may lay down further rules on the format of the payment demand, including on the use of special forms and on the submission of copies of the payment demand.
Effectiveness
Consultation closes on Jun. 4, 2025; proposed entry into force on Jul, 1, 2025.
