ND LEG Governor signed Executive Order 2025-04 declaring a statewide fire emergency and activating the state emergency operations plan in high-risk conditions.
EO Provisions
EO activate the State Emergency Operations Plan (SEOP) in order to assist local and tribal officials, prevent injuries, save lives, implement appropriate responses.
ALL State agencies, including North Dakota Department of Emergency Services, ND Forest Service, and ND National Guard, are ordered to maintain high readiness.
Adjutant General may make resources available to state, local and tribal agencies.
Effectiveness
EO is immediately effective and shall remain in effect until May 31, 2025, or rescinded.
