Purpose

The State Agency for Digital Solutions was appointed as the manager and data controller of the National Electronic Identification Information System under law.
The Regulations of the National Electronic Identification Information System determine the legal bases for its establishment, tasks, functions, structure, data use, security.
The goal of processing personal data in the NETAIS is to ensure electronic identification schemes' interoperability in determining the identity of persons in the Member States.

The order entered into force on Feb. 24, 2025.
