On Jun. 18, RUS ECON announced new SME reimbursment program.
RUS ECON announced it will begin accepting applications from Small and Medium Enterprise for reimbursement of costs for the placement of securities on RUS EXC.
Key Points
SMEs can be compensated for the following costs incurred by firms in until 2030 for payment of remuneration: under agreements on organization of placement of shares.
Also, under an agreement on implementation of rating actions and for provision of services to attract investments and for the provision of audit or legal services, for services of the registrar under agreement on registration of decision to issue shares.
To receive a subsidy, the recipient must be included in the register of SMEs on the date of application, operate in priority sectors of the economy: small techological firms.
As well as creative industry firms and it is required that such comapnies cannot be a part of a group of companies with an annual revenue of more than 2bn RUB.
Effectiveness
The selection of recipients of the subsidy will last until Aug. 1, 2025 and the results will be posted on RUS ECON's website no later than Sep. 1, 2025.
