LUX CSSF published CSSF Cir 25/885 on the application of EBA Guidelines on templates to assist competent authorities in performing their supervisory duties re issuers’ compliance under Titles III and IV of Reg (EU) 2023/1114 (EBA/GL/2024/16).
Follows EBA Jul. 2024 proposed guideline on data reporting requirements, #219540.
Purpose
The circular informs that LUX CSSF, in its capacity as competent authority, applies the EBA Guidelines on templates to assist competent authorities in performing their supervisory duties re issuers’ compliance under Titles III and IV of Reg 2023/1114.
LUX CSSF has integrated the Guidelines into its administrative practice and regulatory approach with a view to promoting supervisory convergence in this field at EU level.
