CBOE issued Notice C2024072605 to announce mandatory virtual trading floor (VTF) production testing held on Nov. 9, 2024; use VTF application if trading floor inoperable.
For floor trading permit holder (TPH) firms with a presence in the SPX, VIX, RUT, or multi-list trading crowds; must join from off-site locations, not from Cboe trading floor.
TPH Participation Requirements
Each TPH firm with at least one floor broker or market maker is required to participate.
Firm must test with individuals knowledgeable about VTF platform, floor trading activities of floor brokers or market makers; complete within designated time windows.
