Forms on V3 Portal
Portal has been enhanced to use web-based forms, which have automatic pre-filling; duplicate/redundant fields have been removed; field-level validations reduce errors.
Company e-filings on V2 portal will be disabled from Jun. 18, 2025; stakeholders shall ensure no service request numbers are under pending payment/resubmission status.
Where due date/resubmission date falls between Jun. 18 and Jul. 31, filing of the 13 specified e-Forms shall be allowed without levy of additional fees, until Aug. 15, 2025.
Stakeholders intending to file e-Form CSR-2 as an independent form with V2 service request number of Form AOC-4 can file it in V3 portal from Jul. 14 to Aug. 15, 2025.
V3 portal will not be available from Jul. 9 to 13, 2025; stakeholders should file or resubmit current V3 forms before Jul. 9 as there will be no waiver of fees or extension.
