OCC issued Bulletin re adoption of interim final rule to restore streamlined application, expedited review to its procedures for reviewing applications under Bank merger act.

Interim Rule Provisions
Restored without change 12 CFR 5.33(i) and (j) that were removed by 2024 final rule.
2024 rule removed term business reorganization, which was defined in § 5.33(d)(3).
Also, restored without change § 5.33(d)(3) that was removed by the 2024 final rule.

Comment on interim rule must be received 30 days after publication in federal register
