Internal Rule Filing
Under article 1, credit institutions providing advisory services must continue to establish internal rules and file them with VIE CB within 10 days of issuance or amendment.
People's credit funds and foreign bank branches under micro-supervision by a regional VIE CB branch must file those internal rules with the relevant regional branch; previously, it was the provincial branch.
Per VIE CB's revised structure, credit institutions under micro-supervision of the Department for Management and Supervision of Credit Institutions must file with that Department.
Article 2 simplifies article 12, replacing named VIE CB officials with a general obligation on heads of all VIE CB units, credit institutions, and foreign bank branches.
